This training course covers the technical foundations and hands-on application of the Universal Jig System for structural repair. Designed for collision repair professionals, it focuses on proper vehicle setup, anchoring techniques, and real-time measurement using the jig’s full 3-axis (X, Y, Z) capabilities.
The Universal Jig allows simultaneous control of all vehicle checking points—both symmetrical and asymmetrical—without the need for additional extensions. It enables direct control of the MacPherson strut from the underbody and is compatible with both assembled and disassembled mechanical parts. Its sliding cross beams and multi-angle anchoring blocks ensure maximum adaptability and precision.
