Our service consists of in-person training courses. Some may be displayed or described online, but only registration through the platform or direct contact confirms participation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all registrations. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse enrollments that appear fraudulent or incomplete. Please notify us immediately of any changes.

SECTION 13 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors in course information or availability without notice, including after a registration has been submitted.

You may not use this site or its content for unlawful purposes, including transmitting harmful code, violating IP rights, or infringing on the rights of others. Violation may result in suspension of access.

SECTION 21 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

SECTION 22 – TRAINING POLICIES

By enrolling in any of our training programs, you agree to comply with the following training-specific policies:

Attendance Requirement: Full attendance is mandatory to be eligible for certification. Late arrivals or early departures may result in disqualification from assessment.

Assessment & Retesting: If a participant fails to meet the required performance level during a course assessment, a retest or a full retake of the course may be required. Retests must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Fees apply.

Course Completion: Certificates are issued only to participants who successfully complete all components of the course, including theoretical instruction, practical training, and any required examinations, as defined by ATRA Academy or its certification partners.

Course Changes: ATRA Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel any training session due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered rescheduling options.

Code of Conduct: Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from the training without refund. We expect all participants to maintain a professional and collaborative attitude during sessions.

Use of Equipment: Tools and equipment are provided for training purposes only and must be used under the supervision of an instructor. Misuse or negligent handling may result in removal from the course. All participants must bring their own safety boots, gloves, and personal protective equipment.
