Refund policy
ATRA (Automotive Technology & Repair Academy), hereafter referred to as ATRA Academy, offers in-person training programs. As such, our refund and cancellation policy differs from typical e-commerce return policies. Please review the following carefully:
Course Cancellations and Refunds You may request a cancellation and full refund up to 5 business days before the scheduled start date of the course. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
To cancel your course registration, please contact us at info@atraacademy.com with your order details and the name of the participant(s).
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another date or to a different participant, subject to availability and approval.
Instructor Cancellations or Course Rescheduling In rare cases, ATRA Academy may cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future date.
No-Show Policy Participants who do not show up on the day of the training without prior written notice will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
Damages and Issues If you believe there was an issue with the service received (e.g. course delivery, instructor conduct, or facility conditions), please contact us immediately at info@atraacademy.com so we can address the concern.
Non-Refundable Items Courses purchased at promotional prices, in bundles, or with limited-time offers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Processing Refunds If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
